Marketing Consultant Work
As a part of the IMC program at Northwestern, I participated in the Summer 2021 immersion quarter where I was placed with the Chicago company, Matt’s Cookies. My team and I were tasked to:
Revitalize the Matt’s Cookies business and brand via development and implementation of a plan that reintroduces the cookie to Chicagoland, generating new excitement for the brand, stronger awareness, increased trial, and a larger customer base.
While I cannot go into the specifics of our recommendations, I can say that I learned an incredible amount at Matt’s Cookies, and I am immensely proud of the work my team and I accomplished. Below you will find just a small snapshot of some of the work we completed.
